My item arrived a little late due to the post office strikes and holiday season in my area, but when it came, the package was very well received. Everything was boxed up securely, the tea set I ordered was beautiful. I gifted this set to my best friends mother and she is so happy with it. Amanda was amazing with correspondence as well. She was so thoughtful, and despite the issues I was having with delivery, she was kind enough to keep track of my shipment personally AND gave me continuous updates even when I fell behind on asking for them.
