Our glass tea sets are made using a high-temperature firing process, with a firing temperature of over 1000 degrees Celsius to ensure that lead and cadmium will not precipitate. The glass materials and pigments we use meet international safety standards and are completely lead-free and cadmium-free, ensuring your safety.

Our glass tea sets are safe for microwave and dishwasher. However, to ensure the best life of the tea set and keep it in good condition, here are some suggestions for your reference:
Microwave use: Please make sure the tea set has no metal decorations (such as gold edges or metal patterns) and avoid heating the tea set in an empty microwave. When using, make sure there are no cracks or damage on the surface of the tea set.
Dishwasher use: Although our glass tea sets are safe for dishwasher, we recommend choosing a gentle wash mode and avoiding using too high a water temperature. To protect the tea set, you can also choose to wash it by hand.
Yes, all prices shown on our website include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price and no additional taxes are required. Please note that some areas may vary according to local tax laws, and we will notify you in advance of any tax changes.
You can request to change or cancel your order after it has been submitted and before the goods have been shipped. If you need to modify the shipping information or other order details, please contact support@teasstory.com as soon as possible by email. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
We carefully package each product to ensure that it arrives safely to you. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving your order and send a photo of the damaged product and the packaging box to support@teasstory.com. We will handle and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
To help us more effectively handle your damaged product issue, please provide a clear photo showing the damaged area of the product and indicate your order number in the email.
We encourage customers to carefully select items before purchasing to reduce dissatisfaction. All of our product images are of actual products, and each product listing includes detailed capacity or size information.
If the item is damaged during shipping, we will immediately arrange a replacement for you.
For items returned due to buyer reasons (such as not liking the pattern), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more details.
